For Barb & Mark Buker, they can say that after 28 years they are "Still Having Fun" producing design work & printing jobs for the city of Waseca and surrounding communities.
Mark & Barb are high school sweethearts. They have a theme song that they loved way back when they dated in high school, and now even after being married 42 years - "Still the One" by the Orleans.
The Bukers turn the key at 9AM every Monday through Friday. They are thankful to have their print shop in downtown Waseca on the corner of Hwy 13 & Old Hwy 14. Blessings abound as the Buker's have three married children and eight grandchildren. The families live close by and are spoiled by Barb & Mark.
Two beautiful rescue dogs grace the print shop. Both Belle & Tuula are a black lab/golden retriever mix. The dogs love greeting customers, especially Belle, who waits by the front door as Tuula naps in the sunny window.
Most of the time, Mark is the one who makes the deliveries while Barb is the one who greets customers by the counter or by phone. Mark runs the presses and does the bindery work, while Barb is skilled at design and does the bookkeeping.
Several years ago, the Bukers added an apparel shop. Silkscreen, vinyl & embroidery are all an option, and there are a variety of shirt styles & colors to choose from, too.
The Bukers have happily provided apparel for businesses and local sports teams as well as shirts for birthday parties, family vacations, and other special events. Many people design their own artwork but Personalized Printing is also happy to help with that part of the process. The Bukers can also screen any artwork or design for you.
There are many words that could be used to describe Personalized Printing & Apparel,
but this mom & pop shop loves to be called helpful & kind.
